Stay in our NEWLY DECORATED private and cabin themed studio. This cozy and nicely decorated super clean space is a perfect weekend retreat!! On property you have access to a Charcoal BBQ Grill, bon fires, outdoor seating, outdoor games and more. The open concept studio is airy, bright and cozy. You will find it packed with things to read, or meander outside to find a comfy swing and enjoy the peaceful space. The goats and chickens are very entertaining and great for enjoying our farm experience. The goats love people and they are always up for petting. Our local retired horses are always up for a visit and feel free take their picture over the fence. We ask that guests do not feed or climb the fence to pet them as they belong to our neighbors and we share the fence line. But they enjoy hanging around to graze close by. You will love the open fields surrounding the property.
The Space
The weekender studio cabin provides all the counter space you will need to enjoy making breakfast, lunch, dinner or for serving snacks. The studio includes a fully equipped cooking area with a 25 foot counter large enough to cook and setup your meals while you are staying with us. The cabin is stocked with all the kitchen equipment and utensils you may need and includes a large microwave, broil and bake toaster oven, coffee and hot pot, crockpot, electric skillet, ice maker, small fridge, an electric burner and skillets. The cabin is filled with dishes, silverware, cups, bowls, large serving platters, large bowls for chips and dips, a wine opener, wine glasses and more. The coffee & tea area offers an assortment of teas, honey, sugar and stevia.
The private toilet closet & private cedar shower areas are behind lockable doors. And there is a separate double sink counter that is completely separate from the sleeping area for privacy so not to disturb late sleepers. Guest Access
You have access to the designated laundry room with full size washer and dryer on property in the barn. As you walk to the barn you will enjoy the chickens running in the enclosed yard. Visit the goats while you are here and enjoy watching them romp and graze during your stay. We’ve also added a new addition to the tiny home experience with an outdoor recreational area. Enjoy the covered pavilion, BBQ, and lots of seating and couples swings.
Things To Do in the Area
We are 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center (WEC). This world class venue offers plenty of places to eat, offers free parking and many other free events daily. Check out their website for restaurants, bakeries and pubs. They often have expo center activities on any given month.
Enjoy lots of outdoor activities within 10-15 minutes away from our property including kayaking at Rainbow Springs, snorkeling at Devils Den, scuba diving at Blue Grotto. Rainbow springs is also a great spot for 4 hour tubing excursions or leisurely canoeing up the river. There are plenty of hiking trails and biking trails close by and we are close to competitive horse events and other competitions at HITS, Blue Grotto, Devils Den and Kirby Farms are less than 10 minutes away, Cactus Jacks is a great half-day trip for horseback riding. Captain Mikes in Crystal River is a wonderful day trip located about 40 minutes away for swimming with the manatees. Ginnie Springs is 45 minutes away and a great stop for swimming, Blue Springs is a local favorite swimming hole. You can find multiple fresh water springs within 25 minutes in any direction from our location. This property is great family and friends to vacation together! Our property has multiple rentals so a large group can travel together and still have the privacy of their own space yet hang together in a family atmosphere.

This studio cabin is private and very quiet. Please NOTE: We ask all guests to STAY on our FENCED private 10 acres for your safety. Surrounding dirt roads are not for walking. Surrounding dirt roads are for exiting and entering by car to and from our property only. Thank you for observing our rules for you and your family’s safety.
