We came in earlier than we had anticipated and Karen was very accommodating with our early checkin request. The bunker house was very comfortable and spacious. The next day we walked around and saw her goats and chickens. The property and animals are well kept. I definitely recommend. read less

The area was super cute with all the welcome signs and easy to find the the house, which was very cozy. Karen was very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend and likely to return if we're to be back again! read less

The property is absolutely beautiful. The creativity that blossoms around the outside, as well as the inside of the cabin is incredible. The house was fully stoked with everything you could think of (even what you wouldnt!) We brought and made a full dinner, forgot spices but Karen had those for use! A full coffee bar, which i enjoyed thoroughly. All bathroom and bedroom needs and necessities, she had provided fully as well! Karen has direct instructions, which makes things easier for everyone, its impossible to forget which clear layouts. The check in list was helpful, check out was as well! She has everything labeled inside which for me, was nice and helpful!My family and I were completely pleased with our stay, as well as with our hosts. We thank them for helping our overnight stay be warm, welcoming and absolutely peaceful. read less

It was as described and perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed her personal touches, cleanliness, peacefulness of the place as well as the hospitality she and the community provided. We enjoyed time outdoors, at Rainbow springs which was about a 30min drive, dinner and wine tasting at Homestead Park, as well as her well lit back yard area. The highlight of the rental was the ability to interact with the animals on the property and enjoy the quiet and serene location. Karen greeted us, was very welcoming, and answered any questions promptly. I am hoping to stay here again when visiting the area and looking for a peaceful getaway. read less

The unit is actually much larger than I had initially thought from the photos, which I assumed our dog would love but instead she was just too comfortable and immediately passed out each evening :)I would absolutely stay here again both long and short term. read less
